We aim to ship all orders within 3-7 days of purchase from Monday to Friday 


UK Shipping- 

UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.99 or free for orders over £30

International Orders 

Royal Mail Standard International - (this service is not fully tracked)

We have a minimum order value for International Shipping of £40 however once this minimum is met shipping is free!

(Europe 2-4 weeks, rest of the world 2-5 weeks)* 

*Please note any customs fees incurred are paid at the customer's expense. If your order is not claimed or had customs clearance paid for and subsequently returned to us you may have to repay for your postage to reship your order. Similarly, if a delivery order is refused based of an incurred customs fee the value of postage will not be refunded.

'Beneke Jewellery' cannot be held liable for mistakes made on behalf of the delivery courier nor can they be held liable for misplaced orders due to incorrect information or incorrect address being entered by the client

Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you are 100% happy with your new Beneke Jewellery pieces. However, if there is anything we could do to help please read our policies below.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any earrings due to hygiene reasons nor do we accept exchanges. Therefore please ensure all product descriptions and policies are double checked before purchasing.

By purchasing from, you accept and agree these terms and service.

If your item is deemed as faulty within the first two weeks of the order being delivered we are more then happy to offer a repairs service for you in which case please contact us via our contact form.

Any orders needing repairs after these two weeks may require for return shipping to be bought at the customers own expense

Items sent back to us without first requesting a repair will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We are unable to offer exchanges on all products.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
