Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

Yes, we have a small window to accomodate delivery address changes. If you have placed your order and wish to change your delivery address please contact us at customerservices@benekejewellery.co.uk with your order number. 

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed our team immediently starts preparing the order for dispatch and changes cannot be made. If you wish to cancel your order please do so within the first hour of ordering otherwise we may not be able to accomodate your cancellation.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what do i do?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will recieve a shipping conformation email with your tracking number attatched, please follow the tracking number for all order updates. Due to the current Royal Mail strikes orders may face slight delays, please allow an extra 10-14 days from the day of dispatch for your order to arrive

Can I return my earrings?

Due to hygine reasons we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, if the earrings are faulty please either contact us at customerservices@benekejewellery.co.uk or use the returns form in your order box to allow us to arrange a replacement for you.

What materials are Beneke Jewellery pieces made of?

All of our jewellery is made of 100% recycled brass and either plated with 18k gold or platinum silver.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

All earrings are nickle and lead free, however we cannot guarentee that you would not have a reaction if you are allergic to some metals

Can i wear my earrings in cartalige piercings?

You can wear your Beneke pieces in outer helix/conch placement piercings or where you see fit.
